The section titles used in the Terms are purely for convenience and carry no legal or contractual effect. Modifications and Amendments

This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company reserves the right to make changes, modifications, emendations, amendments, additions, and deletions to the Terms at its sole discretion, without notice to you.
